Who are the Freemasons?
|
|
Freemasonry is a fraternal organization that arose from obscure origins in the late 16th century. Freemasonry exists in various forms all over the world, with membership estimated at over five million. The fraternity is organized into Grand Lodges, each of which governs its own jurisdiction of Lodges. Freemasonry also has several different appendant bodies, which are related to Freemasonry, however, they maintain their own independent administration.
